A ready-content one-page website starts at $300. Additional standard pages are commonly $100 each, while larger sites receive bundled custom pricing.

Copywriting, custom integrations, ecommerce, complex migrations, specialist compliance, and third-party costs are separately quoted.

Small refresh work starts at $100. Multi-page refreshes are bundled by estimated time rather than charged at $100 for every page.

Care Essentials includes up to two total approved hours monthly at $100; Care Active includes up to four at $200. There is no separate onboarding charge.
Unused time does not roll over. Emergency recovery, new features, redesigns, and work beyond the monthly allowance require separate approval.

This website collects inquiries, not payments. Avian does not collect card or bank information here. Phil issues an invoice separately only after the client approves a written quote.
100% invoiced after quote approval and before scheduling.
50% invoiced before work and 50% after final approval, before launch or handoff.
Choose a month-to-month subscription billed in advance at the full listed monthly rate, or prepay 12 months at 20% off. Month-to-month subscriptions require 30 days’ written cancellation notice. The prepaid annual term keeps the same monthly allowance, and unused time does not roll over. The written quote and invoice state the 12-month service dates and renewal terms.
Hosting, domains, paid plugins, licenses, stock assets, photography, advertising, ecommerce fees, platform subscriptions, and other third-party costs are separate unless a written quote explicitly includes them.
